This is some intense post-rock/metal/ambient with a name that does it justice. If you're unfamiliar with the true Ghost Dance movement it was insane, and ended rather tragically (look it up, damn it). I think this album, even though only four tracks of considerable length is fantastic. I haven't too much time to go over shit, this new classes going my time is at a premium.
